Session Bookings and Web Site Usage

The ANKARRAH® Healing Language System and our work together is not a substitute for medical or psychological evaluation and treatment from medical professionals. If you have a physical or mental condition, it is recommended that you consult a licensed health care professional or doctor. If you experience unwanted symptoms while engaging with Ankarrah, immediately discontinue the System and consult your licensed health care professional or doctor. Scotty does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease, illness or any other mental or physical condition. Information exchanged before, during, or after a healing session, either by remote or in-person healing, is for inspirational, spiritual, and educational purposes only.
By engaging alternative energy healing techniques and symbol functions of Ankarrah, you agree to accept full responsibility for any risks associated with such use. Scott Schwartz-Owen and Ashtaria Productions accepts no liability or responsibility for the use or misuse of the ANKARRAH® system. You agree to fully indemnify, release, and hold harmless, Ashtaria Productions, Scott Schwartz-Owen and his heirs, employees, contractors, consultants, publishers, or agents against and from any and all claims or liability which you or any representatives may have for any injury, damage or loss of any kind or nature, including any expenses or legal fees, arising from or in connection with using Ankarrah. By continuing with this treatment, you agree to this Disclaimer knowingly and voluntarily assuming any risks.
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to book an Ankarrah remote or in-person healing. All minors who book an in-person or remote session must be accompanied by a legal guardian, parent, or supervising adult who is over the age of 21.
Booking & Payment Policy
For in-person or remote Ankarrah sessions, please select your first date and time from the available slots. Keep in mind that all times displayed are in Pacific Time (Los Angeles). You are responsible to accurately convert that to your own local time zone to be prepared to receive your remote Ankarrah.
You will receive an automated email confirmation of your booking and payment receipt. This site accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal. This site does not collect and store credit card or PayPal information.
Your booking confirmation email will also include either remote instructions, in-person studio location information, or request for confirmation of your residence address for home visit in-person Ankarrah.
By submitting your payment upon booking, you are creating a type of energetic intention for healing, as an agreement within consciousness to engage energy, allowing your Ankarrah practitioner to participate with you in your healing journey. Exchange as money is a physical act of cooperation, and as and energetic ritual boosts your own energy of acceptance from another in helpfulness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling requests may be submitted via email to: [email protected]. If cancelling an in-person appointment with less than 24 hours prior to the session, your full payment amount is non-refundable. You may reschedule your in-person appointment with no less than 12 hours prior to the session, but you will incur an additional rescheduling fee of $50. For remote bookings, please submit your cancellation request at least 12 hours prior to your first appointment time in order to receive a refund.
Late Policy
Your session will start on time. For remote, in-person home visit, or location in-person sessions, please plan to be ready or having arrived at least five minutes prior to your session time. If you are running late, Scotty greatly appreciates you informing him of this. Late arrival for location in-person sessions or late beginning of home visit sessions will shorten your appointment time, and the appointment will end at the scheduled completion time. Arrival for location in-person sessions twenty minutes or more after your appointment time will be considered a “no show” and the cancellation policy will apply.
Special Populations
For Scotty to create the most comfortable in-person healing environment for you, please inform him of any physical or mental conditions including, but not limited to: recent surgery, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, muscle or joint injury, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, or any open wounds – these can affect your ability to safely lie supine or prone. Ankarrah can also be applied seated upright if preferable.
